FastlyBot provides front running and sniper bot services for cryptocurrency traders. Our bots utilize advanced algorithms to analyze market data and execute trades on behalf of our clients. We strive to provide accurate and reliable trading services to our clients.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use FastlyBot's services for lawful purposes only and not to use our services to:

• violate any laws or regulations
• infringe any third-party rights
• transmit viruses, malware or any other harmful code
• engage in any fraudulent activity
• engage in any activity that may cause harm to FastlyBot's servers, systems, or networks

Pricing and Payment

Our services are available for a one-time payment of 1.5 BNB for our premium front running bot and 1.1 BNB for our telegram sniper bot. We may change our pricing at any time, but changes will not affect any services that have already been paid for.

Limitation of Liability

FastlyBot shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, loss of data, or any other damages arising from the use of our services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FastlyBot harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including attorneys fees, arising out of your use or inability to use our services, or any violation of these Terms.

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, the Fastlybot trading bots cannot be refunded or exchanged once access is granted, because once downloaded you will have it for ever.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

FastlyBot makes no warranties or representations of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. FastlyBot does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of our services.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between FastlyBot and you in relation to your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
